This is the FLEXA L-Shape/Parallel Bunk Bed with a Straight Ladder. This bunk bed can be set up in two different ways: the L-Shape Bunk which connects at a right angle or the Parallel Bunk which connects side by side. This is a great bunk bed option because when you purchase one, you get the pieces to create both set ups. Therefore, if you move and your child's bedroom size changes, the two set ups, along with the flexible nature of the product, give you many options when adjusting to the new room.

The parallel bunk, connected side by side, is adjustable in length from approximately 98" long to 147" long. This bunk bed is ideal for lower ceilings or sloping walls. No matter how you set up the L-Shape or Parallel Bunk Bed, you also get a small nook that can be used for extra storage space or a cozy reading area. Both the beds can separate at any time to create a different bunk bed, loft bed or day bed combination.

The ladder is designed for easy accessibility because each step has grooves to prevent slipping. The fully integrated flexible slat system distributes the weight of your child evenly throughout the bed. No matter what position your child sleeps in, the flexible slat system will provide excellent support.

FLEXA beds are made from solid Nordic pine which is grown north of the 60th parallel in our own FLEXA Forests. FLEXA beds are weight tested to hold 400 pounds making it a great bed for the whole family to enjoy. The rounded edges and special chemical-free UV Lacquer ensure a safe sleeping and playing environment.

FLEXA offers many great accessory items that can be added to this bunk bed system. Bedside trays are great to hang on the bed to sit a drink or attach a light. FLEXA play pockets and magazine pouches are also a great storage option. They hang on the rails of the bed, freeing up floor space while still providing a spot for your child's favorite teddy bear. Add a small dresser that can be used as both a table for the bottom bed and storage for clothes.

Don't like the straight ladder? The L-Shape/Parallel Bunk Bed can also be used with an angled ladder which comes with a hand rail for easy and safe climbing.
