We purchased this set for our 4 y.o. daughter after tirelessly looking at "big name" furniture stores in both Florida and Georgia. The problem - the quality of the wood was cheap and the construction felt weak. My daughter loved this particular princess bed and was excited when it finally arrived. Our customer service provider , Adam, was very knowledgeable of the products and kept us informed of charges ( 1/2 when ordered and 1/2 when delivered), shipping and delivery dates. We are pleased with the order and the service we received. We have recommended the product to a number of our friends and encourage them to contact Blounty's to help with their purchases. Also, once my daughter's room was set up, we immediately began looking at other accessories ( chalk board; pillows; and chairs) to complete her room courtesy of FLEXA.
