At ShopFlexa, we strive to offer you, our consumers, only the best in customer service and quality children’s loft beds, textiles, and products! We have highly trained and experienced Customer Service Associates on hand to answer any questions you may have about our youth bedroom furniture and accessories.

Stock - Generally, we have 99% of the FLEXA Product line in stock at our 100,000 sqf H.Q. based in Suffolk, Virginia. All of FLEXA’s youth bedroom furniture and products are designed and manufactured in Denmark, Europe; however, we do assemble all headboards, footboards and case goods in the USA. Because of our large range of youth bedroom furniture and case goods, we often assemble these to order. This sometimes adds a day to our shipping time.

Shipping - We find our shipping times are the best in the Industry! Because we stock many of our children’s loft beds, bunk beds, and other furniture, we are able to ship out orders to you, the day we receive them. Most orders are shipped to you directly with UPS. For larger orders, we consolidate your shipment on a pallet and send it to you with a carefully selected trucking company.

Shipping Rates - At FLEXA, we do a lot of shipping! Both to our stores and direct to our customers. This means we have negotiated fantastic shipping rates for our children’s loft beds and other items! Of course, we pass on our savings with these great rates to you. The shipping cost is a flat rate fee which is calculated on the amount you spend with us (please see rates below). For some of our larger items, we have to add a small "oversized" shipping charge.
